If so, is the interest rate higher? Because my credit is bad. I got no down for a house. I heard of 1st time home buyers, what are the requirnment for that.

I am 60 points below the ideal credit score for a home loan. is there lenders who give loans to poor credit?
I would really like to buy a home, and receive the first time home buyers tax credit. Only my credit score is 589, and my bank gives out loans to 620 and above.
